RETREATS

Dear friends,

After a several-year hiatus, we held a Qigong retreat last November. I am happy to announce another retreat this November at the same location.

When: Fri, Nov 13, to Sun, Nov 15, 2026. 

Where: Sky Meadow Retreat Center in Greensboro, VT. 

Cost: $435.00, which includes lodging and meals. The cost remains the same even if you choose not to stay at Sky Meadow. 

As we continue our journey through the Flower Forest, let us deepen our journey together.  The time together gives opportunity for more intensive Qigong/Daoyin and meditation practice. There will be alternating Qigong, meditation, lecture, and discussion. Together we will communally prepare our vegetarian meals. (Yes, coffee and tea will be available.)

The Autumnal season is that of increasing darkness. In preparation for cold and dark, the Earth's Qi, as well as our own individual Qi, begins retreating inward.  Cold and dark are synonymous. Dark is the unknown. Courage to move through this time can engender curiosity and introspection. We will explore this path through the paradigm of the Eight Trigrams, which is a model for the foundational matrix of nature, mind, and body.
